To manage your pool vehicles, you create your vehicles with the most important details such as the VIN, the registration number, etc.. Once you have created the vehicle, you can select the classification in the master data of the vehicle data, i.e. pool vehicle or company car.
The logbook of a vehicle can be exported as a CSV file. The costs cannot be exported.
Not all staff members have access to all data. This depends on the role an employee has. For example, if an employee has the role of Corporate Carsharing User, he or she will see in the calendar that a car has been booked for a certain period, but he or she will not see who has booked this vehicle or who the driver is. In addition to the reservations in the calendar, only his own bookings or journeys are displayed in the reservation history; he cannot see those of the other drivers.

The data you create in the FITS/eMobility Cloud® is stored in the SAP Business Technology Platform.
The data is appropriately secured in accordance with German data protection law and stored exclusively in a German data centre. The data is not available for third parties. It is always available to the customers. The data remains persistent, i.e. the data is only changed if the customer orders it.

The FITS/eMobility Cloud® has a uniform platform for monitoring your entire fleet. You can integrate your existing master data from your on-premise ERP system or maintain the fleet data centrally in the platform. In addition to monitoring the fleet, you can activate Connected Services in the vehicles and directly integrate numerous static and dynamic data points. In addition, you can monitor your fleet contract data with the FITS/eMobility Cloud®, so you have an overview of both the additional kilometres for leased vehicles and the costs.
The professional dashboard gives you a holistic overview of all important information. In addition to these aspects, you can carry out your driving licence checks in the driving licence management module.
