Yes, employees can book vehicles independently, provided they have the appropriate role.
To manage your pool vehicles, you create your vehicles with the most important details such as the VIN, the registration number, etc.. Once you have created the vehicle, you can select the classification in the master data of the vehicle data, i.e. pool vehicle or company car.
The logbook of a vehicle can be exported as a CSV file. The costs cannot be exported.
Not all staff members have access to all data. This depends on the role an employee has. For example, if an employee has the role of Corporate Carsharing User, he or she will see in the calendar that a car has been booked for a certain period, but he or she will not see who has booked this vehicle or who the driver is. In addition to the reservations in the calendar, only his own bookings or journeys are displayed in the reservation history; he cannot see those of the other drivers.

You can integrate your existing master data from your on-premise ERP system or maintain the fleet data centrally in the platform. In addition to monitoring the fleet, you can activate Connected Services in the vehicles and directly integrate numerous static and dynamic data points.
